Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using nfldraftfiles.com. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use NFL Draft Files. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that an account was created by a person under 13, we will immediately delete that account and all associated data.
About the Service
NFL Draft Files ("the service") is operated at nfldraftfiles.com. It provides NFL draft analysis, prospect scouting content, ranking tools, a mock draft simulator, and related features. All analysis and rankings are produced for informational and entertainment purposes. The service is not affiliated with the NFL, any NFL team, or any official draft organization.
Free and Pro Tiers
The service is offered in two tiers:
- 2027 Big Board (public rankings)
- Mock Draft Simulator
- Draft archives
- Limited personalization
- Full scouting reports
- QB accuracy charts
- WR route charting
- Custom big board builder
- Extended save slots
- Exclusive content
Feature availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material reductions in Pro tier features.
Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed at $5.99 per month, charged to your payment method on your billing date each month. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access through the date you have already paid for.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NFL Draft Files makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any draft analysis, prospect rankings, scouting reports, or predictions. All content is speculative in nature. Draft outcomes are inherently uncertain.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NFL Draft Files and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Acceptable Use
By using the service, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract any content from the site using automated tools, scripts, bots, or any non-human access method
- Access or attempt to access any part of the service by automated means
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security feature, authentication system, or access control of the service
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
User Content
Content you create within the service — custom boards, rankings, and other personalization data — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content and will not use it for purposes other than operating the service.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
